Suggestions

How about having a world cup style summer pool league where teams are drawn in groups out of a hat! This would give the pool league a fresh change in format as playing the winter then the summer is a bit repetative, playing at the same venues and people.

Also have a world rules tournament after Christmas, £5 entry fee for people who have played 5 league games or more (to qualify to play, stops ringers). Get a couple of experienced world rule players to help with the rules on the day! (Referee if possible) This should hopefully drum up some interest in world rules!
